Installing on a Mac
Install the app and get past the «can’t be checked» warning.
- Download the DMG file from the download page.
- Open it and drag Kaddro to the Applications folder.
- Start Kaddro from Applications or Launchpad.
If your Mac says it can’t check the app
macOS may warn you on the first launch. Then:
- Close the warning.
- Open System Settings → Privacy & Security.
- Near the bottom, find the message about Kaddro and click «Open Anyway».
- Confirm with your password or Touch ID.
Another way: right-click Kaddro in Finder, choose «Open» and confirm. You only need to do this once.
Updating
To update, download the new DMG and replace the app in Applications. Projects, settings and downloaded models are kept separately and stay where they are.
