Deleting your account

To delete your account and its data, write to us or e-mail [email protected] from the address you sign in with. We delete the data within 30 days, except purchase records the law requires us to keep.

Before you delete

• Cancel your subscription if you have one — otherwise Paddle keeps charging.
• Your projects, recordings and exported videos are on your computer and are not deleted with the account.

After deletion

Kaddro on every computer moves to the Free plan. You can sign in with the same address again, but it will be a new account without the previous plan.
