Ask for your money back within 14 days.
Within 14 days of payment you can get your money back for the first payment of a Pro subscription or for the perpetual licence. No reason needed.
How
- Open paddle.net.
- Find your order by the e-mail address used at checkout.
- Choose a refund.
Or write to us from the same address and we'll arrange it. Money goes back to the same payment method, usually within 10 working days.
After a refund
The account moves to the Free plan. Projects and recordings stay on your computer.
