Devices and the device limit
Free a slot to sign in on a new computer.
How many computers you can connect depends on the plan: Free — one, Pro and the perpetual licence — three.
If you hit the limit
When you sign in on a new computer, the website lists your devices. Remove one you no longer use and sign-in continues. Or cancel the sign-in.
Removing a device
- Open your account on the website.
- Remove the device from the list.
On the removed computer Kaddro asks you to sign in again, and meanwhile works on the Free plan.
Signing out in the app doesn't free the slot: the device stays on the account. Only removing it in your account on the website does.
Reinstalling
Updating or reinstalling doesn't take a new slot. But deleting Kaddro's data folder or signing in under another system user makes the computer count as a new device.
Sign out everywhere
In your account you can sign out on every device and in every browser at once — if a computer is lost, for example.
