Cropping the picture
Keep only the part of the screen that matters.
Cropping keeps only the part of the screen you need — a browser window without the taskbar, say.
Modes
- No crop — as recorded. This is the default.
- Manual — drag the frame: from inside to move it, by edges or corners to resize.
- Automatic — Kaddro looks for a browser's content in a window recording. On ordinary full-screen recordings it finds nothing useful — crop by hand then.
Proportions
Choose free proportions or 16:9, 16:10, 4:3 — Kaddro sets the largest frame of that shape, and you can move it.
Several files
- By default one frame applies to the whole video. You can crop each file separately — you then edit the file under the playhead.
- Files of other proportions can be fitted with black bars, or fill the frame with their edges cut off.
Zoom the preview with the wheel or a pinch to place the frame precisely.
