Chapters

Kaddro splits a lecture into chapters at slide changes: when the picture changes noticeably, a new chapter starts.

Turning them on

Chapters are off by default. Turn them on in the crop, length or export steps — Kaddro finds the boundaries itself. Sensitivity sets how much the picture must change to start a new chapter.

Editing

• Drag a boundary to move it. A chapter can't be shorter than 5 seconds.
• Find the chapters again — hand-made changes are then reset.
• [ / ] — go to the previous or next chapter.

A file per chapter (Pro)

With Pro or the perpetual licence you can export each chapter as its own file. Each file fades in from black at the start and out to black at the end — 0 to 3 seconds.

A single chapter or the selection can be exported on the Free plan too.
